I am very proud to announce that our investment in the Yorkeys Knob Boat Ramp is going ahead. Our government can be judged on our demonstrated history of meaningful delivery for Barron River.
Smithfield Bypass Update August 2020
I am very proud of our track record for building & enhancing our road infrastructure network in Barron River. We are delivering for Barron River where nobody else has. Smithfield Bypass, Bill Fulton Bridge, Caravonica school car park upgrade & duplication of the Cairns Western Arterial Road. The LNP failed to deliver a single road project under the Newman government in this area, not one. Our government can be judged on our demonstrated history of meaningful delivery for Barron River.
Bill Fulton Bridge
The project to duplicate Bill Fulton Bridge on Cairns Western Arterial Road (CWAR) was completed in early September 2017 with 235 tonnes of asphalt surfacing carried out.
